This apple cultivator was developed and introduced in 1940 by the University of Minnesota.
It has done well in my area in regards to the winter conditions. I have had little to no branch die back. The tree has blossomed every year. One year almost all of the blossoms were killed by a late frost which resulted in very few apples in the fall.
Apples are medium sized with firm to hard flesh.
Ripens late October.
I purchased this tree from Reit’s Garden Center,
